My hotel was an elegant and a hospitable hotel, with all modern amenities available and a staff that was friendly and eager to assist you. Venice city is always short of rooms and thus come expensive too. It is best to book your hotels before time, so you can get rooms at a price which is easy on your purse.

I was to visit Venice the most popular and the most expensive city of Italy. Having heard a lot, I was under the impression that I would have to pay through my nose to get comfortable Venice hotels and to get a budget hotel or a cheap hotel was next to impossible. It is true that the hotels were expensive in comparison to other cities in the country but with a little bit of effort and time I was able to click a hotel deal, which offered me some discounts and included breakfast also. Venice is packed with some of the most beautiful and elegant Venice hotels, all one has to do is, plan ahead and one can get a nice comfortable hotel. Located on the Grand Canal the hotel I put up, offered scenic views of the canal from the room. A trip to the city visiting the numerous attractions, gondola rides, the Rialto Bridge, St Marks Square and more was a wonderful experience.

Beautiful Venice Italy hotels

I had visited Italy a number of times but the romantic city of Venice always somehow remained untouched. Maybe the reason was I wanted some one special for my trip. Now after I had met my man of dreams, Venice was on the cards. A popular tourist destination it invites tourists from all over the world and has a wide range of Venice Italy hotels, catering to tourist needs. On most of my trips to the country, I had heard stories about the pricey hotels and hotels running full, throughout the year. After arriving in the city and checking at the hotel, I found how true the stories were. Guests were turned away as no rooms were available; I was relieved that we had come making prior reservations. As beautiful the city was so were the Venice Italy hotels and the icing on the cake was the hospitality of the staff. I returned with some fond memories and certainly the city deserves a second visit and I plan to do just that.
